Pricing, payment & delivery
- Price
- Expensei Pro monthly plan: ¥480 (tax included)Expensei Pro annual plan: ¥4,800 (tax included)All prices include consumption tax. The amount actually charged is the tax-included price shown on the App Store product page at the time of purchase and may vary by region. Core features are free to use.
- Additional fees
- As digital content, no shipping applies. Internet/data charges for downloading and using the app are the customer’s responsibility.
- Payment method
- Charged to the payment method registered to your Apple ID (App Store).
- Payment timing
- Charged at the time of initial purchase. For auto-renewing plans, your account is charged within 24 hours before the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Service delivery
- Premium features (Expensei Pro) become available immediately after payment completes.
- Operating environment
- iOS 15.1 or later. An internet connection is required.
- Application period
- There is no fixed application period (no purchase-window limit).
Returns, cancellation & refunds
Due to the nature of digital content, completed purchases are generally non-refundable and non-returnable for customer-side reasons (our return policy / 返品特約).
You can cancel an auto-renewing subscription at any time in your App Store account settings under Subscriptions. Turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the next renewal date. You keep access to premium features until the end of the current paid period.
Refunds for purchases made through the App Store are handled by Apple under Apple’s refund policy; we cannot directly process refunds for App Store purchases. Please request refunds directly from Apple.
Note: the cooling-off (kūringu-ofu) right does not apply to mail-order / online sales under Japanese law.
